Gary Timmins Jr.

Gary Timmins Jr., an Illinois native, currently serves as a legislative assistant to Congressman Bill Foster (IL-11), with a portfolio covering national security, labor, and transportation policy, among other issues. In his five years working in Congress, Gary has held several positions, to include staff assistant, legislative correspondent, and legislative aide.

Prior to coming to Capitol Hill, Gary worked on a number of successful political campaigns throughout the Northern Illinois Region. Additionally, Gary currently serves as a congressional liaison to the Illinois State Society.

Gary holds a master's degree in Strategic Security Studies from the U.S. Army War College and received his undergraduate degree in International Relations and Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
