We house two mass spectrometers, a Thermo LCQ Advantage LC–MS and a Bruker OmniFLEX MALDI–TOFMS.

• The Thermo LCQ Advantage LC–MS is an LC–MSⁿ instrument that can be used with electrospray ionization (ESI) or atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) sources.
• The AB Voyager–DE BioSpectrometry Workstation is a benchtop system used for analysis of large molecules.
